A Peace

By kyew

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

I dream of you all day and night and still I wonder what would become of me without you My thoughts still wander in and out beneath the shade, meandering slowly between the trees, Of a love for which I've searched my soul Among the rocks the darkened corners and even the light, I seek what I have never found, knowing one day I'll end my journey with success Or with such a pain too great to bear And I will live... or I will die... but I will find A peace for my jaded and callused heartwill I?
