Love Destroyed for your Amusement.

By Lady JHA

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

If I opened my soul, Would you cut it out my heart? If I gave you my love, Would you seize it and depart? Is this love I hold for you, From the deepest part of me? Or is it an illusion, That I wish only to feel and see? Are the feelings that I display, A means for your pleasure? Can you honestly tell me, My love, you will always treasure? Love flowers and blooms, When two hearts feel the same. Pick off the petals, All that remains; is a stem with no name. No name No feeling No life No love ....Destroyed for your amusement.Ever notice how love and the lack there of, brings out words you wish you could have said.
