Porcelain Heart

By LadyLeBlanc

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

Clear as glass, deep as forever, Come inside before your welcome is over. Fragile as porcelain, it breaks on the floor. All that is left are remains of the door. Hopeful, then broken, then sewn back together, my porcelain heart can be cracked by a feather. Written December 5th, 2001 © on Dec 05 2001 12:54 PM PST, Kaleigh Naylor   18 • 0 • 1
