I hear you call; Your spirit, your soul Calling my name No need for spoken words Your heart knows what I need to hear Your hand on the small of my back Your eyes which pierce into my being You read my thoughts before I think them A link between us A bond never to be broken A love too strong to ever be voiced You'd give your life for mine, I know I've seen you try I've seen the way you care I've seen the feelings you try to hide You bear it all to me with one look One tearfilled look That's all it takes for me to knowThis poem, as alot of mine are, was inspired by my two and a half year obsession The X-Files. It's how I view what Scully feels about Mulder (as in she's speaking the words). Written & posted in October, 2000.
