Love's Path
By Linrose
How is it ~ that we have arrived, thus,In each other's place; What finger of energy from deep spacehas carved the crooked path between us;Our lives have run parallel ~Yet never once touched; Then, the far-off sound of a belldrew us closer as it nudgedeach of us through a series of doors ~Learning and leaving, with minds not clearto what awaited us on some distant shores;Yet, to walk surefootedly, without any feartowards our piece of paradise, where destiny would leadthe two of us into a land of bliss,Where together, we can plant our love-seed ~And bless it with our souls' kiss.
