Whispers From My Heart

By Linrose

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

Listen to the strains of ancient music, Within their chords, you'll hear my words; The haunting sounds of Aeolian harps – Echo my love along streams of wind. Join with my spirit in a Celtic dance – Along banks of lochs and Scottish moors; Look into my eyes as you hold me close – See the depth of my love, eternally rising For you. For you are my love, Since the beginning of time, No words of reason or rhyme Can express what's been blessed from above. The time will come for us to share once more All the gifts we have known together before; Treasures of the mind and soul as one – Infused with our hearts' love... Together, under our spiritual sun.Written in 1996 © on Feb 09 2002 10:48 AM PST   love
