Sky Harbor
By Lylorn
Sky Harbor Airport. Here i am. M'lady's head upon my shoulder. Mine, upon hers. No words, just sitting, holding hands, leaning on each other. My gaze out the window on the runway, but my focus on m'lady's reflection. infinite stuff left to say so damned much to do and so desperatly little time... but neither of us let the moment die. so we sat in silence wondrous silence the silence that said it all. a boarding call one last embrace a goodbye and a great moments end. a tear in m'lady's eye as we part, to match my single tear from the heart. nothing left to do, but force mys'elf to leavewell...theres something about feeling down that makes you read through your old writings and then you see the ones that bring you happiness and you want to do something to keep them in mind....sooooo you post 'em on the internet! Seriously i don't think this is the best poem but it's here 'cause even with the sad undertone it reminds me of one of the best times back before i lost my fear of life... bleah, i'm rambling....
