A Lover's Questions

By Maureen

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

Verse 1: Does he care for me at all? Was I just a fool to fall? Should I wait here for his call, or should I forget him? Verse 2: Can I go on in this way? Will he want me if I stay, or should I just go away and try to forget him? Bridge: Is there any hope for me or just a life of misery? Am I too blind to see that I should forget him? Verse 3: I guess I'll never know, for I love him so, I can't let him go... I'll never forget him! -Repeat Bridge and Verse 3-I wrote this song when I was a teenager. It is a ballad "Easy Listening".  Maureen* Written October 5th, 2001 © on Oct 05 2001 02:49 PM PST, Maureen Halasovski    20 • 18 • 1
