Ding dong went the bell Get the door shouted Pa I did the deed and opened up the door Who’s at the door shouted Pa before I’d ascertained just who Every ding and dong the same – lazy old Pa Meanwhile a short flight away lived a dragon, his name Thedoore Thedoore was fierce, he had good hearing and he didn’t like being disturbed Disturbed he was, being called ‘the door’ Should shake him up – lazy old Pa Thedoore did come, he blew the door with a fire and brimstone flavored snort. Get the door shouted Pa I did the deed and brought in Thedoore Pa’s eyes went wide as he took flight Peace at last – no more - lazy old Pa Written February 3rd, 2002 © on Feb 02 2002 08:35 PM PST   0 • 14
