Awaiting man
By redmoon
I am not sure if I'm ready for tommorow to come. Polished and bright-eyed i wait for the morning to sum- mond me. I await like a child lost, hoping his mother is still searching; yet, I've known of my mother's failure for years now. Immune from excitement i remain discontent. Wishing the moon took over tonight, I watched with intent. The sun deserves to die, 'cause oh I have aqquired my tan. The stars deserve to suffice to point me to my a-waiting man. The softness of the wind apparent, creating my cringe. If only the flowers fell and petals made into the fringe. This world to be less harsh than the last, the reds taking on the blues. And i still reamin discontent with my skills and my intu- ition, there's never a place, where i can fill the whole space, I'm simply drawn into your mystical world, I could never expect this longing to be witheld in your sweet embrace of my a-waiting man.Is the rhyming scheme very structured as I didnt intend on it being??
