embers
By redmoon
Emebrs fall from the sky, I open my mind to a brand new side, watch the way the clouds swerve as an empty bird flies away from me. My hope diminishes, then returns with each inhale, my body's deep in denial of the penetration felt of grand scale. My soul's never been this torn before, never been so badly abused, I feel as though I'm dying inside, never been quite this confused. My heart is racing as he creeps by, trying to seem invisble-why?- i never understood the message you bring, and if only my fingers would stop typing this thing, this thing in which i like to call my love, god-sent words sent from high above, i hope i can get though this place, this earth to me is a hollow space.
