Ode to a muse You my muse, do not confuse, yet amuse, bemuse, enthuse with the words you chose. In my aspiring to be inspired, you have taken me higher, like a cannon ball fired over the high wire. Waxing with words, leading me in, hearing those words, shows me where you've been. As I follow your words on the page, I sense more than the words. I sense from your words, you are truly a sage. You know who you are. I have told you just such. Now I say here, I love you so much. This isn't a thing of which you should fear. This is the thing, I hold you so dear. What is here, is yours. Message clear, no force. It is for you, yes you. You know this of course. You are to me a 'source' Take this my friend. True blue to the end. Take it and see, just what you mean to me. ((((((( ~~~~~~~ Thank you --- for being --- you ~~~~~~~ )))))))You know who you are --- Need I say more? Written April 20th, 2002 © on Apr 20 2002 10:53 AM PST, Richard Vance Haeckel   18 • 0 • 8
