What is...?

Pondering the deeper questions, who am I, why am I here, where did all this come from, why is it here? One begins to wonder. What is the meaning of all this. Is there a greater intelligence behind it all. Looking for answers, we look to the words others have written before. We go to school. We join various religions. We read the papers and magazines, watch TV and listen to the radio, play a CD or whatever. When we slow down long enough to do so, we review our the experiences we have had and discuss the experiences of others. My answers are mine and your answers are yours. If we are being honest about things we see that when we are in accordance with what is really going on and not just what we think is going on, suddenly it seems as if things are just going in a direction where all the outcomes are 'good'. So, the essential question is, what is? Before going forward look to that question. What is the most likely outcome of a given decision. What is it going to do to me. What is it going to do to others. What is the long term effect going to be. Existance is the only thing that just is. Everything else is cause and effect. As to a greater intelligence, look within and without, be honest about what is, be sure there is no confusion. The answer to the question of a greater intelligence will reveal itself if and only if we are being honest with our selfs and not allowing our own confusion to interfere. Therefore I say seek the truth and don't hold back. When you get to the point where there is clarity, it all makes sense. As said before....'Ye shall know the truth and the truth will set you free'. Free yourself from confusion, doubt and insecurity. Open yourself to the truth and set yourself free. Peace.I really have enjoyed ny brief encounters with this site, both as a forum to express myself and to experience the expressions of others. I feel that the value of this site will only continue to increase with time and encourage anyone that comes here to 'try their hand' with expressing themself. Having things written down they can looked at, discussed, appreciated and ultimately and hopefully, understood :o).
