Mother Nature
By San d
'Mother Nature' Mother nature spreads her wings. She shows me images, I seldom take time to see. A Blue Jay on it's perch that sings. Or the buzzing of the little bumble bees. I see she made it rain the night before. She left the drops of morning dew behind. She helps the sun peek through the clouds. And calms the storms as they unwind She cast a breeze across the summer skies. Fills the fragrances of daffodils in the air. She dances with the sparrows as they sing their lullibies. I sit here in awe, alone, embracing this magic in my solitair. The trees, she paints with shades of green. She gently persuades them to come alive in the morning breeze. I sit here in solitair and wonder why, I take in the glorey of the scene. This beauty, this wondrous, I was too blind to see. Mother Nature, God's angel here on earth? To show us, perhaps remind us of all we have to cherish. Each day she brings forth a new days birth. I sit here in awe, alone, embracing this magic that may one day perish.
