Oh! The Great Outdoors

"Oh! The Great Outdoors" Oh! the great outdoors. A new season as come. Mild breezes drift in from southern oceans warmth. Spring sends new birth with its arrival. Sun peeking through the clouds. Rays a little warmer than the days before. Green sprouts peeking through their winter bed anticipating the moment. Naked trees reaching for the light. Seems a little more than the days before. Rain, instead of snow now gives them nourishment to help them grow. Oh! The great outdoors. Sparrows scurrying to build their nests, preparing for the new arrivals. Soft earth to find their prey. Now easier than the day before. By: Sandy/San-d Written October 13th, 2001 © on Oct 13 2001 01:17 AM PST, Sandra Kay Ratliff   0 • 10
