In the Middle of All That's Wrong
By SecretSins
Does it seem fair to you that now we have no where to run to? Does it seem right that in the dark of the night we fall apart? Did you ever think that all we never were, would ever be the only thing that we'd become. It seems to me that you and I, that we, we sold our souls to dance with the devils in the blistering cold. But was it really our fault, cuz we thought we had it made? We thought we'd never fade. Are our futures really set in stone, are we really doomed to grow old? Will we forget the degree of pleasure (pain) we felt? Will we remember this when all that's left are crumbeld photographs of all we thought we were? It seems to me that you and I, that we, we sold our souls to dance with the devils in the blistering cold. But was it really our fault, cuz we thought we had it made? We thought we'd never fade. We never thought we'd fall. Written January 1st, 2002 © on Jan 01 2002 10:28 AM PST 0 • 10
