God's eyes
By thespin
White beaded eyes falling from the heavens. Strung together. Holding fast in their goal. Not one alike. A patchwork quilt. A child's magic carpet to ride. Bathing us in its shower. Purifying us. Innocence falling from the skies. White beaded eyes, watching. Witnessing. Beckoning us to play again. Calling us back to freedom. To a new found joy. White beaded eyes dissolving. Melting into our beings. Vanishing into the ground. Returning. Returning. To the heavens to come again.I wrote this tonight. It is a first draft. I would like you to tell me what you think I am talking about. Also, any comments about the poem are welcome. Written February 4th, 2002 © on Feb 04 2002 09:45 AM PST 0 • 10
