Chocolate Sins

By tigerlilly

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

There's a little chocolate Devil living underneath my skin, he hides away in daytime... but our souls are so akin. At night when lights are lowered, lovey-dovey's by my side... this devil tempts imagination, becomes my creative guide. Little whispers scented chocolate, i do smell upon his breath... when he pours into my ear ideas-- 'twould shock my love to death! He says... "now, listen to me Dear, don't you ever hesitate... to feed him berries dipped in me, he'll think that you're first rate!" "Go and find that Hershey's Syrup, and that can of Reddi-Whip... with me behind you Darlin', that man's love won't ever slip." "Because chocolate is so sticky, you must handle it with care... drizzle lightly, s l o w l y, softly, then remove what you've put there." "You'll see his eyes light up for you as you tantalize his skin, with your sweet imagination... and these little chocolate sins."all comments and critiques welcomed...really :) Written February 7th, 2002 © on Feb 07 2002 09:56 AM PST   0 • 14
