fluffy gray tabby portioned across sliding books precarious nap the tuxedo cat brought city notions to a patchwork crazy quilt with dark eyes glowing the cat measured the length of her bath with pink tongue hisssssss sister meows loudly while treed on the shelf brothers all alike water heater topped with black cat draped copper pipes warm on winter nights lapwarmer purrrsues mouse dreams while chasing cursor's trails through cyberspace a cat sentry sphinx silently guarding elder mistress in the night white aproned doll cat monitors housekeeping from her self-claimed domain old tom reflecting many years of better days on sun-warmed brick path the matriarch queen rules all with iron-clawed edicts dispatched with swift skill crossing darkened room black cat fastens self around unwary ankles radar ears detect tuna-tins opening sound orchestrated treat she-devil leader of mischievious forays unguarded fish-tanks frightened fuzzy gray furbie static-sparking through southern thunder storm missing tail presents tall order for short tabby a balancing actall comments and critiques welcomed Written January 30th, 2002 © on Jan 29 2002 10:12 PM PST   18 • 0 • 14
