black satin ribbon winds before us a rain-slicked highway in the night red sabers clash there with green broadswords flashing reflected traffic lights ice cold wind swarms 'round the leathers into your back i press my face we've made this harley home sweet home now our world is hurtling us through space no roof above, no walls, no baggage not one thing left to tie us down we're on our own with this road savage just said goodbye to our home town my arms wrap 'round and hold him tighter while road signs measure out the miles though my heart skids on old ice patches his love is warming up my smiles roaring sound masks danger's klaxon blind to all barriers in sight bound in lust to this dark stranger dreaming harley highway flight.all comments and critiques welcomed Written January 25th, 2002 © on Jan 24 2002 08:53 PM PST   18 • 0 • 8
