sweet sunday morning soundly sleeping bits of dreams still were meeting somewhere near the edge where waking invites sounds of all surroundings weaving threads of conversations into soft music from great distance playing with valiant efforts clutching slumber fight the waking hold on to night's undertaking 'till the phone rings sadly shaking thoughts of morpheous from mind quaking incessant ring reverberating stealing softness from the sleeping grumbling now and damn near weeping grab the thing to stop it's shrieking mutter then in alien speeching something near resembling human greeting of HELLO my ears hear HAFFEN that's not right HOLLY...no, that's christmas night OLA, uh-uh WEI, maybe turn the phone 'round saying HELP ME WHO ARE YOU? SPEAK PLEASE FOR SPEECH IS QUITE BEYOND ME what purpose has your rude awakening? me from sweet dreams you have shaken what is the subject of your call? and it is surely understood the topic must be very good overall or out of favor on this early morn you will fall sure as your born enlighten me what is it you want? A SURVEY?????? would i mind some moments taking time to purvey comments of consumer interest for your company's benefit?????? in veiw so far of our conversation just write down this observation in bold letters firmly state you've got some nerve to be taxing sunday morning's earned relaxing now you've got me in a snit and your method is pure BULLS**T!!! slam the phone down punch the pillow grumble mumble swear and curse try to reach again that state but knowing now that it's too late my dreams lie in the dust of fate.all comments and critiques welcomed :) Written March 13th, 2002 © on Mar 13 2002 05:55 AM PST   18 • 0 • 14
