A Man Died, A Baby Born

I don't know what to do today Should I cry or be happy? Becase something strange came this way And hit my family. A baby's being born His name is Andrew But in this same morn, An old man's life was through. So as you can imagine.. Our family is quiet confused, We're stuck in our emotions, And don't know what to do. He was like my grandfather And I was shocked to hear, That this once beautiful morning Would result to tears... The family was at the hospital Then I got the call And it was my job to tell The bad news to all... While some were so excited About the new addition Others didn't have words to express Their lost emotion. But maybe it's a sign from God Telling us to keep our heads high, Because even though we lost a man, Our family got a new little guy... Our hearts may be torn From the surprising lost, But for the sake of more babies, Sadly, that's the cost.Today my Aunt is going through labor, 2 hours later I got a phone call saying Mr. Johnson (who is my cousin's grandfather) passed away. No one could get a hold of anybody at the hospital because cell phones weren't allowed.
