I have so many things left to say, But I don't dare speak a word... So many things are in the way, You'll say you never heard. No, you didn't ruin my whole damn life, But you put a hole in me, And caused so much strife, When you say that's how it had to be. I thought I knew your ways, I guess I underestimated your power... What happend to the nights and days When we'd talk for hours. Sometimes I catch your scent in the air I just want to breathe it all in, But it's not like you care, Loosing you was my biggest sin. I miss the taste of your kiss, A wiff of your cologne, Who thought it'd come to this? Another night I spend alone. And in your basement, Do you remember that night, The time that we spent, How you held me tight, Ran your fingers through my hair, And my flame was lit, Untill your dog jumped in the chair. But my flame is still lit, And it's not like you care. You've got someone else to call your baby, Someone new to run to, Now I'm going crazy, When all I think about is you. You've been running too fast, With the new little thing, You know it won't last When only I've got the love to bring. You just have to realize it on your own, But you don't listen anymore, Even when I say how my heart you've thrown, You don't see how it's torn. But my flame's still lit by you, And you don't see the fire, Maybe yours never was too, But you still burn with desire. Sizzle me...
