Am I Lost?

By winter jazz

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

Am I lost? Perhaps I am Turning away from the four white walls Away from the flickering screen And my rigid body Cemented into the grey floor But my mind…. A flaw from the entire structure Of my soul. Minutes ticked by Perhaps the plane of has lost its engine As it slowly muttered its prayer And turn away from its essential existence. But the plane is still moving But not forward. My bible is lost. But it’s just a book But yet it’s God’s Word But it can be bought easily Available at the nearest bookstore. Am I lost?
