Mind's Soil

Follow me and I will show you. Darkness and horror, which you have never seen. Take my hand and I will guide you. Through a maze of tunnels tinted green. As I lead you deeper into the unknown The walls crumbling with decay Pictures of horror flash before you. You fall to your knees and pray. Follow me and I will show you. More of the horror within Along we move and you tremble As pictures flash full of sin You crumble to the floor Begging to be lead out This is where I start to fade As I drift away I hear you shout Who are you, and why do you leave me? When I turn and look at you.. A scream fills the air as you see I kneel down and whisper in your ear I am you, and you are me. You wake with tears sliding down your face As you finally begin to understand You just took a walk within yourself Lead by your own hand Through those lost and forgotten horrors of your mind. Full of memories long left to fester and boil Memories twisted and darkened over time Back to haunt you, that forgotten and tainted mind’s soil.This was a dream I've had for years.I know its badly written and I'm hoping some of you may be able to give a few suggestions on how to improve it.
