5 more minutes

Sometimes it is just so hard to leave. I cant find it in me to say goodnight, knowing that I dont want to go. Wanting to freeze time and just hold you close, but I cant so give me just 5 more minutes so I can hold you. I just want a little more time to hug you. Im just wanting to be able to kiss you a little bit longer. So my lady if you wouldnt mind could I just have 5 more minutes of your time. Sometimes it is hard to talk to you. I cant find the right words to say, knowing that I never really knew how. Wanting to stop time in its place and just talk, but I cant so give me just 5 more minutes to talk to you. I just want more time to hear about your day. Im just wanting to be able to talk to you a little bit longer. So my dear dad if you wouldnt mind could I just have 5 more minutes of your time. Sometimes it is hard not to think of you. I cant find a way to end the tears, knowing that it is alright to cry. Im just wanting to be able to tell you that I still love you. So God if your listening can I just have 5 more minutes to spend with my grandparents. Sometimes we dont get along. I cant find the reason why I am sometimes mean, knowing that it is wrong. Wanting to stop time in its place and thank you, but I cant so give me just 5 more minutes to be thankful. I just want more time to appreciate you. Im just wanting to be able to thank you more often. So mother I just want to thank you for always giving me just 5 more minutes of your time.
