River of serenity
By wtk82
Upon the banks I bathe. In the silence of nature I pause. Staring in the eyes of Serenity, I walk farther away from shore. Seeing my reflection move, with every breath she breathes. Feeling the ripples travel with every word I hear. Drifting downstream with my head facing the clouds. The sky crystal clear. The wind echoing through the trees. Above the sun shines, painting the river shimmering shades of pink. Glistening with every touch, and glowing with every word. Upon the river a waterfall appears. Surrounded by a mist a rainbow within. Touchable as the mist seems alive Unreachable with every grasp, still I try. An echo gathers around as she whispers my name. Her hand touching my soul guiding me downstream. Upon her heart I ride drifting for eternity. Lost in her love, a river of serenity.
