The View
By Blushfulmoon
Upon a hill i saw a view I wished this land belonged to me, Surrounde by the many trees And in the distance A bubbling stream As the sun shined down on the water It sparkled and it gleamed A field full of white daisys In the meadow beyond I saw little ducks swimming on the pond In the trees the squirrels play Running and jumping Up and down Birds of every color Flying all around As the evening fades the red sun set In the shadow of the moons silhoutte, And when the shadows melt in the night I can recall the memory Of this breathtaking sight Written March 23rd, 2002 © on Mar 23 2002 01:48 AM PST, Susan Vessels 0 • 12
