I Shall Sleep

By bonnie blue

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

I shall sleep…in time, When this warmth fades away… This desire has taken me Into a place where fantasy lives and plays… my composure has disintegrated, utterly evaporated… but you know that, don’t you? I smile at the thought of you, knowing I won’t need a blanket tonight. Bonnie Cook 20-Apr-02~~~word play...can be fun:)~~~ Written April 20th, 2002 © on Apr 19 2002 06:34 PM PST    18 • 0 • 8
