I await you, ever faithful Silent here right by the phone I find it a bit more painful Each second I can't feel your touch Each moment I can't hear your voice It hurts so badly to not be held I haven't felt you near in days I'm overwhelmed with screams inside I'd cry for a moment or two of embrace Yet I'll only await your call.. You are out, and having fun Vigilant, I wait for you Quietly I call your name Knowing no response will come Wanting to think you'll hear my cries..
