With your heart so full of love Shining bright for all to see Yet so sad and all alone It’s a crying shame to me Why has no one come along To help share your life with you? When it’s obvious to me That your heart is pure and true You live your life so lonely Yet you never once complain How do you stay so happy Through life’s wet and gloomy rain? I’d like to give you all your dreams See the pleasure in your smile Watch you finally blossom With such flair and grace and style You were born to be a wife And a mother too some day But the years fly by so fast Have your chances slipped away? Oh sweet lady all alone Will it never come to be? When I see you by yourself It’s a crying shame to meWritten about my sister. Just had her 30th birthday and still single.
