Fantasies

The night has a way to mock one's mind Where reality and fantasy often entwine In my sleepless nights you are so near Your sweet whispers I can hear I can vision you soft caress a gentle cry my lips express I long to embrace you but you're not mine you slip thru my fingers like the sands of time you are the shadow of my desire and stirs within me the fire my mind detect your manly scent torturing me, forgetting the present oh! the sweet nights of sensual dreams the make believe, the silent screams out of my grasp you are my love You've flown away like a dove in twilight dreams you do exist my confused soul, you do habit night after night, the time is ours dream after dream I become yours Your sweet embrace evoke feelings Buried for so long, now resurfacing Dreams not tangible, just like vapor disappearing thru an unseen door you then return as an uninvited ghost at nights only, I am your host.
