Stark realitythreaten my sanityI need my fantasywhere incredible beautyawaits my destinyI want to dreamof a bright sunbeamenveloping my being.majestic butterfliesflying upward up to the sky.I want the living waterflowing freely foreverquenching my souldrenching it, making it whole.Stepping on velvety mossright under my feetLight and free as a 'ghostGiving me strengthmaking my heart beatI want to leave the stenchof a cold societyrunning like a deerno fear of a hunterIn this world so coldI cannot be toldto be heartlesscaring only for myselfThey are others who cryThey want to touch the skyI want to dry their tearstake the burden they wearMaking their realitymuch more happyreaching out to thosewhose gates on them have closedOpening a door so wideso they too can hidewhen the wind of realityblows hate and injuryI need to love them back to lifewhere there is no srifeonly love and beautyI want to hold a childinnocent and mildThey, frighten by realityfrom stark povertywill beg in the alleysso each dayFor them I pray.I wish that I maylive in a world of beautynot letting societyerode my fragile sanityfor this,I need my fantasy.
