Wishing...

Would I, like a spider trap you in my domain Webbing treads of silk instead of chain? Could I hold you in my soft embrace with my finger tips, your body I would trace could I take possession of your soul wanting to bask in it's sweet hold could I make you prisoner of my love carrying you to the farthest cloud above? but...I don't want to tie you down I only wish for your sweet love now time is spent, time is ebbing a web of love, I am spinning I want you free to roam and play I love you much more this way but...if I could, Would I?...Would you? Could we make love in the morning dew making one flesh instead of two? could we ride in butterfly wings astonished at their design? could we dance under the midnight skies just with the truth, stomping all lies? We could bathe in the moonlight you and I, in this magical night if I could catch a wishing star I would keep it in a glass jar to dream of you when you're not here wishing only that you were near.
