You. The first one I ever opened myself up to You were my friend, My boyfriend, My lover. Where have been lately? It's been so long since I saw you last, How have you been? How was your new year? Remember when we first met, When our friendship began? I had never laughed harder than When I was with you, Looking in your deep brown eyes. You. You made me feel so combfortable I was so at ease when I was with you I never wanted to be apart from you I looked forward to every moment I would get to spend with you. You. You made all my worries disappear Nothing else mattered I had never been happier than when I was by your side. You have the most beautiful smile, God how I miss seeing it everyday, I miss those eyes Those eyes that seemed to know me so well. You. Kissing you felt so right I never felt more complete Then I did that night, Your lips on mine Hands on my body Stars above shining for us, Only us How complete I felt while I was in your arms. Why did it all have to change? Whatever happened to it all, To my friend, My boyfriend, My lover? Why can't you hold me anymore, Why aren't you there to protect me From the evil of the World? Why can't I call you up anymore, Just like when we were friends?
