Good-Bye Sweet Friend
By Cope
Welcome to the begining, The begining of the end. Time blown bye, Us finally gone in the wind. It truly is different, Then again, all the same. The last inning is over, In your little game. Wishing upon death, For you to go away, at least, You were earth's greatest beauty, You've now become the beast. I have waited and waited, For a girl of long ago. No even a glympse of that girl, The one I used to know. I have survived you, I'll say it again. I have the greatest girl ever, My heart, she did win. You attempt to hurt me, With your words, rip my heart. Yet you have brought happiness, Now that we can forever be apart. What do I need? You really want me to say? All I need from you, Is to, simply, go away. This is written to a friend from the past(she knows who she is). As I said before, All I have to say is goodbye. Eric A.
