Lonely Dreams

By Cope

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

She visits me every night, Walking gently, with grace and beauty. Her hair flows, Just as the prairie grass in the wind. She approaches me, We embrace in a kiss. Her soft lips, Poisoning me with her love, Casting a spell, Taking my heart away forever. I hold her in my arms, Never wanting to let go. Two become one, We hold each other Trough this never-ending lonely night. I feel her warmth as I sleep, Hearts beating as one. We lay close, Never to be apart again. Woken by the morning’s light, Laying in the coldness of my own bed, Wishing for the warmth of the night. When my love can visit me again, In my dreams of the lonely night.Only two more months of hell, babe. Written March 10th, 2002 © on Mar 10 2002 08:49 AM PST    0 • 8
