my life
By donnamarie
i see my life unravelingright before my eyes.there's nothing left to believe.all they spew are lies.all the people come and go,through my life, like ariver they flow.constant change ravages you, when you don't know who you are.i yearn for stability.try to convert me to you.i am not you,nor will i ever be.you rape me with your character and your damned principles.they say every memory has a sound track.well there are some songsthat i just don't want to hear anymore.ours is one.some notes i don't want to sing.those that are not mineshall not be true,if sing in my voice.don't try to sing mine.your voice is sour.don't be something or someone you're not.like me.i am me.you are you.and never the twain shall meet.
