Beachcomber
By edenbak
Friendship can be lost so suddenly, like a treasure from a beachcomber with shallow pockets and quick legs. He can still go back to where it lay and dust from it the gritty sand, before the waves claim it forever. If wisdom defeats foolishness, it will not go back in his pocket, but be wrapped gently in hand, and held close to his heart.err.... anyone up for beachcombing? felt like writing a poem with a little moral. I hope you all like it. Written March 20th, 2002 © on Mar 19 2002 04:01 PM PST 0 • 18 • 12
