Rumbling the thunder roars, Soaring the sky the lightning strikes, Magnificent display of fiery light. Nature in turmoil, in its flight, Growling with anger, a show of might, Bringing awe and fear to the beholder's sight. The thunder grumbles, As though a giant ball bowls, through the floors of heaven. The pelting rain hits hard, Shaping land, bringing floods, As though its nature's own lifeblood. The lightning shatters the sky, Into beautiful veins of light, A power that cannot defy, Vanity in its art. A beauty in chaos, Peace in a war, A contradiction in itself...
