Excitement
This week is when my grandchildren are supposed to come here. They don't live that far away, but mother won't let them be near. I call to try to talk to them, but mother hangs up on me. I miss out on their school awards, cause their mom won't see. She would rather see them punished by not having us around. Than giving up her hatred and letting forgiveness be found. But, if things go right without her putting up some fight. The children should come to their dads' this week on Thursday night. They get to stay with him through the summer, the courts say. And I get to take care of them while their dad works through the day. Oh, what fun I have planned for us. I want to go so many places. We will have fun and play all day and I will see their happy faces. I have plans for them to be able to play just like a kid. No worries or problems to be found, all the bad things will be "hid". I hope this will be their special summer; to be in their memory. This excitement isn't only for them, it is also for me. Written October 29th, 2001 © on Oct 29 2001 01:39 PM PST 18 • 0 • 12
