I have an older sister, her name is Helen Mae. Today is pretty special. It's her 73rd birthday!! You may not think this is special. In fact, probably quite plain. But, I am the youngest of eleven kids, and every year is an important gain. I am considered the "baby", since, this year, I will be 54! I think we need to realize, I am NOT a "baby" anymore. Anyway, I have one more sister. She will be eighty this year. She is the oldest of the family. She needed to be like mother; "the dear"! If you have figured this out by now, I think that is really great. Yes, we had a LOT of brothers. In fact, there were eight. We have lost only two of us, which is a miracle all of its' own. With the age everyone's getting to be, I am thankful for God's loan. He has given each of us a loan, to live another year. That is a reason for us all, to give this a big, "Birthday Cheer"!! So, Happy Birthday, Helen Mae. We wish you many more. Yea, in another year, we hope to wish you seventy-four! Written October 28th, 2001 © on Oct 28 2001 11:24 AM PST 18 • 0 • 8
