'Silent Chuckles'
By MalEntente
Not wishing to entertain boredom, or appear in a book with a hat . . . my cat . . . Runs and Tears and Jerks . . . . . . until . . . . . . he stops! - and for no apparant reason - He [[freezes]] time . . . . . . then . . . with cool, he strolls lazily away, (laughing inside) . . . You see . . . cats have no lips. S a u n t e r i n g o n . . . he diligently works! for that perfect place . . . . . . to dream . . . . . . of mice.This poem was written for, about, and in spite of my favorite cat. He was one of my most cherished pets, and I miss him. Written November 13th, 2001 © on Nov 13 2001 01:18 PM PST 0 • 14
