I waited, waited, waited; Days and days, week after week, Months and months! Year after year. I was disillusioned. I just wanted him to say, ‘ I am sorry; I was wrong, forgive me!’ He dared not. If he did, he never meant it. If he meant it, it never lasted. And if it lasted, it is because he was gone.There is the healing power in the words, 'I am sorry, I was wrong, forgive me'.
