Forget The Sun

So confused.. As to..  where im going Paths in every direction All going towards the horizon So uncertain.. This is all dark Will the path I take lead me To the sunrise? On my face A look of pain You wonder why.. When i see your face.. Gone.. Stomach dropping Feeling empty once more.. Tears on the verge of escaping But I hold them in.. Ill cry them for you another day A day when I’m strong enough A day when I can accept myself.. A day when.. I can live.. Hope deep within my heart And I cant to take it out.. Without killing myself So I’ll leave it there.. When am I gonna need it? No clue.. Spinning I’ll fall soon.. Stop! Regaining the bearings.. The sun is out now Can I make it? Smirking..  I turn.. The rays of heat spraying across my face Haven’t felt this in so long.. I can make it..  I can reach the horizon.. A quick tense...  legs rock solid Dash! Away from the crossroads Im running towards the sun once more This time I wont stop.. Before was a dream.. Why else would I be limited? I know I’ll never touch the fiery sphere.. But does that matter? I’ll get as close as possible.. I’ll spread my wings and fly off into space Cant keep the stones on my ankles anymore.. So I cut through them Faster and faster.. Gasping..  I’m at the rainforest.. Little does humanity know.. I’ll find what im looking for in here Forget about the sun..  It’s impossible..
