The novelty wears off again.. An angel cursed with horns descended And the sheep flocked to the marvel.. Only to grow sick of the visage The tale had been hear all over And the world was in such anticipation to see At least most.. Some knew.. folly was apparent A quick dash towards an unknown forest Ahh.. again, we’ve reached this place.. A black cloud swirls to the sky, At an exclamation of my anger. My words are lost And maybe I should wait.. But this is too exciting Plus, I might get caught.. A fence.. Nothing when left open So I travel somewhere familiar Or so I had thought.. A blank stare crosses my face And another shock of that.. My words are lost again Forget it.. Hope was lost, And my strength.. Crumbled under the pressure Forget it..
