Two shadows.. Coming from the same place Yet only one makes a difference While the other blends in. I take a deep breath.. Yet I still feel empty Can so much be lost.. And something still be left behind? The angels have gone in for the night.. And a teary eyed glaze is so distorted.. I wonder if this is real And if those passing souls hear my screams.. One answered my call Although it had been long ago.. And we exchanged a few words.. A kind courtesy, for a fallen angel.. But the tears in my eyes were hidden By the blinks of pain.. As the light drew forth, To me I yelled out a few more cries of pain.. And decided to follow the angels Goodnight.. for now.. Sweet slumber will help me escape.. This teary eyed glaze, for awhile..
