Kidney Kupkakes

You let your palm hit me in the head But I could care less anyways Cause I'm not sure, I may be dead No words from me can make you stay I've handed you my heart on a platter Yet you chopped it up nice, julienne Added eggs and made pancake batter The leftovers still sit in your oven I didn't know when I gave you my heart You wouldn't be grateful, you'd just pretend That you'd open a bakery with my body parts And share me with all your dumb friends Yet you never enjoyed the best of me So when I go bad just throw me away I hope to God that it kills you inside It could be in a week but I hope it's today But what the hell, time doesn't matter Cause when I gave you my heart, that's when I died Written April 10th, 2002 © on Apr 10 2002 03:11 PM PST    20 • 0 • 1
