Endless Moment

A moment is like mere seconds with you A never ending moment is what its like when you are not near I loved what we had But I cant go on any longer You left me for him Despite all the vows All the promises All the love You left me How did you do it? Veil your lieing face With truth How did you trick me so well How could you? I knew my fears were childish I knew they could have never come true It seems I have been shrouded with lies all along I didnt want to believe you that day I wanted you to walk back through that door into my arms Tell me it was alright Kiss me lightly and tell me goodnight But believe what I may Your no longer here to protect me from the unthinkable threat The threat you bestowed upon me the day we frist kissed I should have never fell in love I should have never said I love you the way I did I dont want to live a life without you You tell me I'll make it You say I'm strong Lieing agian I cant go on without you I dont want to I have no will to carry on anymore The razor sits on my bed Yelling and shouting for me to slide it across my wrist Screaming and fighting I try to maintain myself These tears are so cold Without love they cant be warm Each tear reminding me of that night That keeps playing over and over in my head I cant stop this anymore A moment is endless without you I want to end all this I want to satisfy what has been yelling I need to finish what was started so long ago Sitting here in my room With the razor in hand I finally end This endless moment Written February 16th, 2002 © on Feb 16 2002 07:22 AM PST    18 • 0 • 1
