Sometimes Making a Choice is Hard
By Trose
Deciding what to eat or what you're in the mood for Or when a lady approaches to open the door Who to make friends with that won't stab you in the back Someone to be there when it is happiness you lack Deciding where to work when there's problems everywhere And finding a good job has become extremely rare Sex at this time is something to worry about With all the diseases that are easy to route People worry if they want this computer or that one When some can't afford one to join in on the fun To me I have preferred for others to tell the truth And anything other than that I find to be rude Decisions getting harder between value over quality or quality over value And then some people make decisions quickly and stick to it too ***But this I want you to decide in just a few*** When something hurts you so bad that you want to get rid of it, but at the same time you have to sacrifice you ever being able to feel love again? ***What do you do?***I cared for someone at one time in which I had a song to remember her by. As it turned out she didn't want to be with me. Every time I heard the song I remembered how good it felt to be kissed by her, but at the end I would be in tears knowing that she left me. I could get rid of the bad memory by quit listening to the song, but I'd also be giving up on love by forgetting the kiss. ~ Tony Written October 10th, 2001 © on Oct 10 2001 05:18 AM PST 0 • 10
